Ms. Banks joined the NeighborWorks Omaha team one year ago. She brings 20 years of business management, finance and leadership experience with her to NWO.

 

Ms. Banks attended St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She also holds two Master of Arts degrees from Webster University, one in Business Administration, the other in Management.

 

Ms. Banks has been a team leader and manager in various capacities such as finance, industry, retail, and customer service. Before joining the NeighborWorks Omaha team, Ms. Banks served in a variety of managerial roles at Union Pacific Railroad for 13 years. During this time she developed many profitable process improvement strategies for the company and twice received an Achievement Incentive Award for team leadership. Currently, Ms. Banks is the Director of Operations and Finance at Salem Baptist Church.

 

At NeighborWorks Omaha, Ms. Banks shares her training and coaching talents by developing course curriculum and facilitating computer courses.
