 Mr.
Kpondjesso is the newest instructor to the NeighborWorks®Omaha team and brings 8+ years of Information
Technology, communications, training, and customer service experience.
His career began as a Technician and Help Desk
Specialist/Project Lead for two different technology and communication
centers in Ghana, Africa, where he installed, troubleshot and supported
communication networks at both the company and customer service level. In
addition, Mr. Kpondjesso managed, supported and led
software development teams.
Since attending the City & Guilds of London Institute,
London, England where he earned an AAS in Applied Information Technology, Mr.
Kpondjesso has worked for Omaha-area organizations
including PayPal (an eBay Company), Prime Therapeutics LLC, SITEL
Corporation, Bellevue University, and Hewlett Packard. Additionally, Norbert
has facilitated computer literacy and entrepreneurship workshops for the
Omaha Housing Authority.
Mr. Kpondjesso holds a BS in
Computer Information Systems, a MBA in Management Information Systems, and MS
in Computer Information Systems from Bellevue University.
