Mr. Coleman has worked for several
Fortune 500 companies in the human resources, safety administration and
organizational effectiveness arenas, as well as in the nonprofit human services
and manufacturing sectors. He has provided periodic task oriented team
development, leadership, and group decision-making concepts training for
various community-based organizations and agencies.
Mr. Coleman holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry ACS from Xavier
University of Louisiana, and a MBA
degree in Business Administration from University of New Orleans, LA.
Mr. Coleman has successfully secured over $25,000 dollars in
eBay Foundation grant funds toward community-based programs, agencies, and
organizations in the Omaha and surrounding areas. He has also provided on-going
computer literacy training to small business owners as part of an ongoing eBay
Techquity Grant sponsored program.
As part of their "Enhanced Capabilities" program, Mr. Coleman
coordinated and conducted on-going computer literacy workshops for the Omaha
Housing Authority residents. He also upgraded previously donated computers for
the Omaha Housing Authority to be distributed to OHA families and residents.
Currently, Mr. Coleman is President of Friends-R-Us Network
in Omaha and facilitates
on-going computer
literacy, basic web design, and entrepreneurship workshops for NeighborWorks
Omaha.
